Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Please check your order carefully when you receive it and report any damage or faults within 7 days to arrange repair or replacement of your item. 

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been damaged by use in a way that was unreasonable or unintended, or physical damage to frames, shades or glasses that has occurred to goods left on renovation or building sites or not opened until well after the delivery date.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased, payment will be made by the same method that you made payment.



Should you wish to return your order for change of mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest you  consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

For change of mind items a 25% restocking fee will apply, once this is deducted the difference will be provided as a store credit only, which will be valid for 12 months.
