IL  FANALE

When we first discovered the iL Fanale range of lighting - it was a case of love at first sight

Based in San Biagio di Callalta, Italy, in their own words

iL Fanale products express the charm and the aesthetic characteristics of vintage lamps, with evocative recalls to poor art and rustic modernity

To us, with its handmade distinctive look, it is                 lighting with soul   . . . . .

Some of the features we love :

  • solid quality base metals of copper and brass that get better with age
  • cotton covered and braided electrical flex
  • rise and fall pendants with copper or porcelain counterweights
  • low maintenance, designed for complete exposure to the elements
  •  interchangeable parts, flexibility for special requirements or modifications

iL Fanale Interior  . . .

iL Fanale lamps and pendants bring warmth and character to any room with their rich patinas of earthy metal and fire rimmed opal venetian glass shades.

The pendants can create a wonderful sense of intimacy in Kitchen and Dining areas. Perfect for hanging low over tables and benches and, most collections are available with a rise and fall suspension. This not only adds functionality to the pendant, but beauty as well with ceramic or age copper & brass counterweights.

And it’s the beautiful details and finishes that make each iL Fanale light a piece to be proud of.

iL Fanale Exterior  . . .

iL Fanale’s exterior range captures the romance and charm of Italy and fits beautifully into the Australian landscape too.

Unique and aged by hand with a base metal of copper or brass these fittings are designed for complete exposure to the elements and get better with age.

Ranging from simple traditional in style to more decorative, all arms and shades are interchangeable and the fittings dimensions can be modified to special requirements.
